At Tajima East Village, we feature a signature taste of handmade ramen and specialty Japanese cuisine. We serve a wide variety of modern and traditional Japanese dishes with offerings ranging from specialty ramen varieties, including a vegan ramen and sesame ramen, to spicy curry rice entrees and varieties a la cart menu. Menu items change seasonally, sourcing local produce and ingredients. Our 1,200-sq. ft. restaurant offers a warm and modern dining environment, peppered with traditional Japanese elements. With seating up to 64 guests, it was designed by local design guru Paul Basile of BASILE Studio. Tajima East Village restaurant’s menu closely mimics our Tajima Hillcrest location, and features 6 taps of local San Diego craft brews, a variety of bottled imported Japanese craft beers, wine, regular and flavored sake and Batch Craft soda.
